Strawberry & Coconut Smoothie

What says summer more than strawberries?  Before you answer that you need to try this awesome and delicious smoothie recipe that brings summer back…to your taste buds at least.  Super easy and super rewarding to make.

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries (or frozen if necessary)
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 6 oz of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice (no ice needed if using frozen strawberries)
  • You can also add a scoop of protein powder and/or some leafs of kale for protein and greens


Here is how you will do it:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly
  2. All done 🙂
